Having trouble with running the apps you have purchased on the Amazon Appstore? Try one of the following steps:
- Make sure you are signed in with the account that you used to purchase the application: Once you have the latest client installed, you will need to sign in. You can sign in directly from the “Welcome” screen, or click the “Sign-in” button on the homepage.
- Sync My Apps: To sync the My Apps page, go to “My Apps.” From the Menu, click “Sync My Apps” This process may take several minutes. Once the sync is complete, try and launch the application again.
Still not working?
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the application. To uninstall the application, go to “Settings > Manage Applications” Select the application that is not running, and click “uninstall.”
